RCA - how to contact via phone?
I just went to the RCA website for help. My DRC 8295 DVD / VHS recorder will not record DVDs - Never have. Their website is terrible. There is no way, it seems, to call them for help. Can you help me? I suppose RCA stands for Really Crappy Appliance .........
