make a short throw a 5spd?
I have a 5spd with a really high-shifter and knob you think it would be a bad idea to cut it to whether I will then get a new shifter knob and things to make it into a shorter throw. I would use a hack saw or something similar. any ideas. ? pics. Comments
if you cut it down, it will not change the distance you have to move it, they sell links to shorten the throw, but it happens with leverage is not a hacksaw, and not available for all models either course nobody knows what you drive. . . Why is that? You ask some very specific advice and pictures too. . . Keep it to yourself and I will keep my advice to myself, I'm calling it quits for people who fail to provide year, make, model and engine in their questions, I mean it! I hope other answerers will follow suit, it is really a waste of our time and you could Asker get so much more to help you, this is not what this forum is?
